Customization

Personalize your pet puzzle with a photo of your own furry friend. Simply choose the custom pet puzzle option when adding to cart, and after payment, provide your pet's photo. We will modify the design for your review, with up to two revisions allowed.

Customization Process:

1. Select Customization: Choose the custom pet puzzle option when adding the puzzle to your cart.

2. Provide Photo: After payment, you will receive instructions to upload a photo of your pet for your dog puzzle or cat puzzle.

3. Design Review: Our team will modify the design based on your photo and send it to you for review.

4. Revisions: You can request up to two revisions to ensure the custom pet puzzle meets your expectations.

5. Final Approval: Once approved, your custom pet puzzle will be added to our product collection, and you will receive your unique puzzle.

Note: By choosing the customization option, you agree to allow Pets and Palette to add the new pet puzzle design to our product collection.
